Rodolphe Péters leads the family estate in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The vineyards extend across more than 19 hectares, chiefly in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Avize. Chardonnay anchors the range, but different cuvées draw on different places and harvests.
From Cuvée de Réserve to Les Chétillons
Cuvée de Réserve is a Blanc de Blancs blended from Chardonnay grown in several Côte des Blancs grand cru villages and wines from multiple harvests. Les Chétillons is a vintage Blanc de Blancs from three old-vine plots in one Le Mesnil-sur-Oger lieu-dit. The three plot wines are vinified separately before blending. That village-specific source distinguishes Les Chétillons from the wider Cuvée de Réserve blend.
