L’ambiente è moderno, il servizio impeccabile: le pizze una sorpresa per vista e palato realizzate con impasti a lunga lievitazione, farine integrali locali e alte idratazioni. Salsiccia e friarielli, Terra mater (con patate Violet Queen) e Muncalè Ciabrot sono solo alcune delle proposte che guardano al Piemonte e al Sud Italia. Buoni anche i piatti della cucina e il sushi piemontese. The pizzeria is located in the center of Vinovo, in a cozy location among the houses of the village: a place that you wouldn't expect and that, in summer, also comes alive in the spacious outdoor area. The environment is modern, the service polished: the pizzas are a surprise for both sight and taste, made with long-fermented doughs, local wholemeal flours, and high hydrations. Sausage and friarielli, Terra mater (with Violet Queen potatoes), and Muncalè Ciabrot are just some of the proposals that look to Piedmont and Southern Italy. The dishes from the kitchen and the Piedmontese sushi are also good.
