Ivan Ramen is a ramen restaurant in New York City at 25 Clinton St on the Lower East Side, led by chef Ivan Orkin. Orkin trained at the Culinary Institute of America before moving to Tokyo, where he opened two ramen shops and later returned to New York to open Ivan Ramen on the Lower East Side. The cuisine at Ivan Ramen showcases Orkin's mastery through signature creations like the Tokyo Shio Ramen, featuring crystalline chicken and dashi broth kissed with sea salt, tender chashu pork, and house-made rye noodles that add distinctive robustness.

The Triple Pork Triple Garlic Mazemen delivers brothless intensity with pork prepared three ways and pickled garlic, while the Chicken Paitan with shio kombu and egg yolk represents the chef's most beloved creation.
