I fratelli De Maria evolvono la pizza tradizionale napoletana, continuando, nella sede di Casoria, quanto già iniziato in quella di Castello di Cisterna. Comoda la posizione del locale, facilmente raggiungibile in auto da Napoli, con il plus di un comodo parcheggio adiacente. Gli interni si presentano curati e di impostazione fortemente moderna; la presenza dell’ampia veranda vetrata è un’arma in più. Un buon servizio, distinto per gentilezza e tempi di attesa ristretti, ma non frenetici, contribuisce a migliorare l’esperienza generale. La pizza si presenta in varie tipologie d’impasto, in totale 7 e tutti magistralmente eseguiti, dove emerge la qualità e il gusto delle farine in primis e il sapiente abbinamento degli ingredienti, anch’essi ricercati e di spiccata qualità. I fritti ben eseguiti e una notevole carta vini/birre confermano la volontà di non trascurare nessuna sezione del menù. The interior is well-maintained and modern in design; the presence of a large glass veranda is an added bonus. The service is good, characterized by kindness and short waiting times, but not rushed, which helps enhance the overall experience. The pizza comes in various types of dough, a total of 7, all expertly executed, highlighting the quality and flavor of the flours and the skillful combination of ingredients, which are also carefully selected and of high quality. The fried foods are well executed and an impressive wine/beer menu confirms the intention to not overlook any section of the menu.
