The cuisine celebrates East Coast seafood through masterful technique and unwavering quality standards. Neptune's well-known raw bar showcases a dozen daily oyster selections, predominantly featuring Massachusetts treasures like Wellfleet, Island Creek, and Katama Bay varieties alongside carefully curated East and West Coast specimens.
