The Food Event is Los Angeles magazine’s annual culinary showcase – a one-day festival that gathers many of L.A.’s best restaurants, chefs, and beverage purveyors in a scenic venue for unlimited tastings. Expect 40+ top eateries, boutique wines and craft cocktails, and chef demos.
Hosted by Los Angeles magazine, The Food Event is known as a day of food and drink in paradise. Guests roam from booth to booth sampling a who’s-who of LA cuisine – from elegant bites to spicy fried chicken to fresh hand rolls – truly a feast of L.A.’s greatest hits. Dozens of wineries and spirit brands pour freely, complementing the eats. Between tastings, attendees watch star chefs do live cooking or mixology demos, then mingle after. By limiting tickets, the event maintains an intimate, garden-party feel in a picturesque setting.
