Domaine Guichard is a small Swiss winery in Bonstetten working inside Knonau AOC Zürich, with organic farming and a cellar language shaped by Burgundy rather than tourism infrastructure. Expect a craft-led micro-estate perspective: Müller-Thurgau, St. Laurent, Cabernet Dorsa, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir handled through spontaneous fermentation, whole clusters, gravity movement, Burgundian oak and hand bottling without filtration.
