Celler Prior Pons is a small Priorat DOQ winery in La Vilella Alta, housed in an 18th-century stone building and focused on old-vine red blends. Its scale is deliberately narrow: about 10 acres of vineyards, Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, and roughly 1,700 bottles per cuvée.
