About

Perched on the 56th floor of the Palms Casino Resort's Ivory Tower, Vetri Cucina Las Vegas transforms the celebrated Philadelphia institution into a sky-high temple of authentic Italian cuisine. The room offers views of the Strip and Red Rock Canyon. Chef Marc Vetri founded the original Vetri Cucina in Philadelphia in 1998. Vetri has dedicated his career to introducing American diners to regional Italian cuisine through refined, approachable presentations.

The Las Vegas location reflects that philosophy in a more expansive setting. The cuisine at Vetri Cucina centers on handmade pastas and rustic yet innovative dishes that honor Italy's diverse culinary regions. Signature creations include the sweet onion crepe with truffle and parmesan fondue, delicate spinach gnocchi with brown butter and ricotta salata, and the renowned almond tortellini with truffle and parmesan. The menu structure offers both à la carte selections and a tasting menu, featuring premium proteins like grilled Zabuton steak and seafood misto.

Each dish reflects Vetri's commitment to moving beyond Italian-American clichés toward authentic, regionally inspired fare that follows traditional Italian dining progression. The restaurant's atmosphere suits both private dinners and larger gatherings. The private dining room accommodates up to 12 guests, the semi-private glass-enclosed room seats 30, and the entire restaurant can be reserved for up to 80 seated guests. The wine program features Italian and international selections, and Aperitivo Hour offers craft cocktails and light bites.

Service is attentive and informed. Reservations are highly recommended for this premier Michelin star restaurants Las Vegas destination, where Chef Vetri's uncompromising commitment to authenticity creates an unparalleled fine dining experience high above the desert.
