Le farciture richiamano l’Italia nella scelta delle materie prime e negli abbinamenti equilibrati che spaziano dai grandi classici della tradizione a variazioni di Capricciosa oltre all’immancabile Pepperoni interpretazioni ormai iconiche della pizza italiana all’estero; non mancano alcune proposte che integrano ingredienti locali e una sezione dedicata al pollo. In ogni pizza, cotta in forno a legna, servita a spicchi, secondo l’abitudine locale della condivisione, spicca sempre l’armonia complessiva dei sapori.
