Ice cream aficionados will note the seasonal ingredients (prepared fresh daily), the classic flavors, and the reassuring lidded stainless steel carapine for correct storage. Straciatella, pistachio, ricotta and sour cherry are all carefully selected, but nothing beats Gelupo’s hazelnut. Certain flavors like Panettone and pandoro are only available in season.
