Domaine Bertrand-Bergé is a family-run Fitou estate in Paziols, working organically across Carignan, Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre and southern white varieties. The draw is terroir rather than spectacle: chalky-clayey Hautes Corbières soils, concrete-aged reds and a cellar-and-vineyard format that keeps the emphasis on land, craft and family continuity.
