Brassi Casino

Brassi Casino occupies a storied address on Ostend's seafront Kursaal, where the Belgian coast's history of grand public dining still shapes the room's proportions and atmosphere. For visitors arriving from Brussels or Ghent, the address alone signals a certain kind of coastal occasion.

Eclips restaurant in Ostend

Ostend, Belgium

Eclips

"Grill Your Own Meats Restaurant Eclips is a cozy, trendy spot, just off the beach promenade. The focus is on tableside fondues and grills, and it is a meat lovers paradise. Owners Chris and Sharon Verdonck greeted us warmly and explained the menu and concept to us. In addition to their role as restaurateurs, they are also the chefs, servers, and even cleaners, they run the entire show themselves and are dedicated to excellent service. And that’s exactly what we received. We enjoyed a mountain of fresh meat which we had fun cooking ourselves on our little grill. The best was yet to come, when Chris prepared my Irish Coffee table-side, flames and all. It's no wonder Restaurant Eclips tops the charts of all of the review sites for Ostend. It's a treasure! Galerij Beausite restaurant in Ostend

Ostend, Belgium

Galerij Beausite

On Ostend's Albert I-promenade, Galerij Beausite occupies one of the Belgian coast's most architecturally charged addresses, where the rhythm of a meal tends to follow the pace of the sea rather than the clock. The setting places it within a small tier of coastal dining rooms where atmosphere and ritual carry as much weight as what arrives on the plate. For travellers moving through West Flanders, it represents a deliberate stop rather than a casual one.
