The current menu's Burger uses eight ounces of grass-fed, corn-finished beef with Bibb lettuce, red onion, McClure’s spicy pickles, and an Amy’s brioche bun. Crispy Catfish pairs cornmeal-crusted catfish with Cajun remoulade.
