Domaine Les Dryades is a small Lavaux AOC micro-estate in Rivaz, founded in 2023 by vigneron-oenologist André Bélard. Its 2.3 hectares in Saint-Saphorin and Dézaley put the focus on Lake Geneva’s terraced viticulture, bio- and agroecological farming, and a compact range spanning still white, still red, and orange wine.
