I fratelli Salvo hanno a cuore le sorti della pizza classica di scuola napoletana e si vede. Piacevole la posizione del locale, situato nella elegante Riviera di Chiaia e a pochi passi dal lungomare. L’ambiente interno è curato, tendente al moderno con tratti classici e colori caldi. Ottimo il servizio, aperto a consigli e discreto. La pizza non ha pretese estetiche, non ricerca la forma perfetta nè tantomeno un cornicione pronunciato, ma diviene protagonista nella qualità degli ingredienti e nello spessore sottile dell’impasto che la rende cedevole al taglio e gustosa al morso. Apprezzabile la scelta degli oli e la ricerca sui pomodori che dà vita – nota di merito – alla carta delle margherite. The choice of oils and the research on tomatoes are commendable, giving life - a note of merit - to the margherita menu. The wine list is also well-curated, showcasing a thoughtful and diverse selection of wines.
