Mesón Sabory

With half a century of history, this restaurant is among the stronger-known in the province, famous for their traditional roasts and bravas potatoes. There is no written menu here: dishes are announced and recommended on the spot. The roast kid goat, from their own livestock, is unbeatable, though the pork scratchings, picadillo, asadurilla (offal stew) or classic stewed potatoes are also big favourites.

A family atmosphere, homemade cooking and high-quality ingredients are combined with warm, down-to-earth service. The rustic space also has a large terrace on the village square. Broader than the meal, it’s a whole experience.
