Siamo a Moonee Ponds, un sobborgo di Melbourne, non troppo lontani dal centro cittadino. Il locale è classico, elegante, curato, troverete il forno a legno ad accogliervi all’ingresso e poi le salette dove accomodarsi. L’italianità qui e di casa, ed è quella vera, con i suoi prodotti che l’hanno resa grande nel mondo, dal Parmigiano Reggiano, al fior di latte, al pomodoro, troverete autenticità. In menu troverete antipasti, una proposta di pasta molto centrata, tra cui vi consigliamo di assaggiare i ravioli del plin, classica preparazione piemontese davvero ben fatta e una piccola selezione di piatti principali, oltre alle pizze ovviamente. Tra gli antipasti vi consigliamo di provare gli arancini, ben fatti e tra le pizze la “Parmigiana”, con le melanzane davvero ben lavorate, che restituiscono tutto il sapore della preparazione originale. On the menu you will find appetizers, a very focused pasta selection, including the recommendation to try the ravioli del plin, a classic Piedmontese preparation done really well, and a small selection of main courses, in addition to the pizzas of course. Among the appetizers, we recommend trying the arancini, well-made, and among the pizzas, the "Parmigiana", with the eggplants really well-prepared, which bring back all the flavor of the original preparation.
