Gravner is a small family wine estate in Oslavia, set in the Collio Goriziano / Friuli-Venezia Giulia border country where Italian and Slovenian wine cultures meet. Its draw is not broad hospitality theatre but a quiet, tightly controlled encounter with skin-contact whites, still reds, biodynamic farming, and amphora/qvevri cellar work under Joško Gravner.
