Hotel & Chalet Aurelio
1 Michelin Key
Aurelio’s location in the middle of the famed Schlegelkopfpiste offers easy ski-in ski-out access for skiers who prioritize an early start on the slopes. But the Aurelio isn’t just a ski hotel. Its winter wonderland setting surrounded by snowy peaks turns into views of lush mountain meadows come summer, making the hotel an all-year-round destination with plenty to do, from cozy horse drawn carriage rides and snowshoeing to hiking, fishing, and outdoor swimming. Restaurant Aurelio’s highlights the region with a creative twist on traditional dishes, and the open fire of the Licca Lounge is particularly inviting in winter, although there’s also a sun terrace and al fresco BBQs to enjoy in summer. A highlight whatever the weather is the vast spa, which comprises an indoor pool, several saunas, steam rooms and a cold plunge pool, a Jacuzzi and more, plus a seasonal treatment menu.
