Bodega San Francisco Javier
Bodega San Francisco Javier is a historic cooperative winery in Sada, shaped by Navarra’s Baja Montaña terrain, Pyrenean coolness and a long village economy of vines, cereals and olives. Founded in 1939, it is strongest as a terroir story: Garnacha from mountain vineyards, concrete and stainless-steel fermentation, restrained oak aging, and a rural cooperative culture that has moved from local bulk wine to export markets.
