Clos Ibai belongs to Rioja Alavesa’s smaller, site-led wine conversation: organic parcels, old vines, natural fermentation, and a focus on still reds and whites rather than large-cellar spectacle. Founded in 2014, the project works from the Ebro Valley grammar of clay-limestone soils, altitude, Viura, Garnacha Blanca, and restrained micro-vinification.
