Noma LA 2026 is a 16-week pop-up residency from Copenhagen's legendary three-Michelin-star restaurant Noma, led by chef Rene Redzepi. Located at the Paramour Estate in Silver Lake, the experience reimagines New Nordic cuisine using ingredients sourced exclusively within a 300-mile radius of Los Angeles. Seating 42 guests per service, Tuesday through Friday, from March 11 through June 26, 2026.
