Visitando uno dei quartieri più giovanili ed in voga della Central Hong Kong, non può non cadere l’occhio sulla trattoria “Baci”. Ovviamente il locale è molto più che una trattoria poiché offre una delle pizze più buone che potete trovare nella Perla d’Oriente. Il locale, molto spazioso, offre un ambiente ben curato e moderno, che si inserisce perfettamente nell’atmosfera “dinamica” del quartiere. Il menù offre una vasta scelta di cucina italiana, parte dagli antipasti per passare ai saltimbocca, le paste e carni grigliate, ma naturalmente il nostro pit stop fondamentale è per la pizza, alla quale viene dedicato ampio spazio. Oltre alle classiche, ci sono le “Baci’s speciality” per accontentare anche i gusti più esigenti o per chi vuole provare qualcosa di speciale, come la pizza a Stella con ricotta al tartufo e prosciutto di Parma. Gli ingredienti sono italiani ed è anche per questo che la pizza è particolarmente gustosa che ne vorresti mangiare un’altra. Le bevande accompagnano perfettamente tutte le pietanze spaziando per una vasta scelta di vini ma anche birre e aperitivi. Baci è forse il nome perfetto per un locale che ti coccola e che ti porta in Italia con amore e soprattutto con gusto!
