Domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve
Domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a small Cahors estate in Touzac territory, built around biodynamic farming and still-red Malbec rather than cellar-door spectacle. Founded in 1999 by Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve, it belongs to the more serious, terroir-led side of the appellation: quiet, rural, and focused on vineyard expression over polished hospitality theatre.
