Domaine des Enfants is a small Maury-area estate in Saint Paul De Fenouillet shaped by old vines, organic farming and unusually low yields. Founded in 2006 by Marcel and Carrie Buhler, the 12-hectare property is strongest as a study in Roussillon terroir: Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Carignan Blanc and Macabeu handled with restraint rather than cellar showmanship.
