La Table de Mentone
Set in the cellar of one of the Var's most respected organic wine estates, La Table de Mentone serves seasonal Provençal cooking drawn directly from the property's own kitchen garden, orchard, chicken coop, and olive groves. Chef Sébastien Sanjou of the acclaimed Relais des Moines oversees the kitchen, pairing estate-grown produce with organic vintages from the surrounding vines. Guestrooms and cottages allow for an overnight stay in the vineyard itself.
