The evening begins with a walk through young vines that contribute to The Mascot as golden hour settles over the Mayacamas, followed by a Champagne toast and a two-vintage tasting of The Mascot in the Redwood Grove. Chef Nayfeld prepares pizza and bites to accompany the wines.
