Margo on Miller Street

Margo is a Glasgow city-centre restaurant at 68 Miller Street, G1 1DT. Reservations are available for groups of up to 20 guests.

The current list runs from small plates through larger plates, sharing dishes, sides and desserts. Openers include malted focaccia, Lucques olives, chipsticks with taramasalata, Tempus smoked coppa, merguez sausage with charred Turkish pepper, beef tartare, Isle of Wight tomatoes with salmorejo, cured Chalkstream trout, white crab vol-au-vent, Shetland mussels with Breton cider and sobrasada, grilled courgette with green harissa, and spiced golden beetroot with amba and whipped feta.

Larger plates include grilled mackerel with puttanesca, skate wing with ’nduja beurre blanc, rump fillet with beer and miso glaze, confit lamb shoulder with ras el hanout, pork belly with morcilla, Parisian gnocchi, and charred cauliflower. Sharing options include half Creedy Carver duck cassoulet and 600g Aberdeen Angus sirloin on the bone with sauce Margo.
