Il locale si affaccia sulla strada con un ingresso in vetro che porta a una sala ampia, soffitti alti e forno a gas in stile napoletano a vista. In fondo c’è una piccola saletta tutta blu un po’ più raccolta. Atmosfera è gradevole e informale. Il menu offre una ampia selezione di pizze bianche e rosse, comprese le specialità del pizzaiolo oltre a una buona scelta di paste e dolci in stile italiano. La carta delle birre è invece limitata, con un paio di etichette italiane. La prosciutto e rucola si presenta curata, con rucola fresca, prosciutto delicato e una generosa grattugiata finale. Il pomodoro è ben equilibrato, la mozzarella di buona qualità e ben percepibile al palato. Il disco, di diametro contenuto, mostra un cornicione ben maculato, con cottura uniforme e senza eccessi. L’alveolatura è minuta e il bordo leggermente gommoso, mentre la parte condita risulta più scioglievole e piacevole. Nel complesso una pizza ben eseguita che allieterà le vostre serate. The beer list, on the other hand, is limited, with a couple of Italian labels. The prosciutto and arugula pizza is well-presented, with fresh arugula, delicate prosciutto, and a generous final grating. The tomato is well-balanced, the mozzarella is of good quality and perceptible on the palate. The pizza, with a small diameter, has a well-spotted crust, with even cooking and no excesses. The crumb is fine and the edge slightly chewy, while the topping is more tender and pleasant. Overall, a well-executed pizza that will delight your evenings.
