Tra gli assaggi, convincono la Pancetta e pomodorini e la Milanesina, entrambe caratterizzate da sapori decisi, prodotti ben presenti e un equilibrio complessivo riuscito. Il personale è ben formato e gentile; il servizio è stato veloce e preciso, con la pizza arrivata in tempi brevi nonostante il locale pieno, e al momento del pagamento è stato offerto anche un limoncello. The dough is well aerated, light, well hydrated, and digestible, with a correct cooking that supports the toppings well. The quality of the ingredients is good, with a strong focus on Italian territoriality. Among the tastings, the Pancetta and cherry tomatoes and the Milanesina stand out, both characterized by bold flavors, well-presented products, and a successful overall balance. The staff is well-trained and friendly; the service was fast and precise, with the pizza arriving quickly despite the full restaurant, and at the time of payment, a limoncello was also offered.
