accoglie in un ambiente curato, minimalista e piacevole, con richiami all’Italia affidati anche ai quadri alle pareti dedicati alle città d’arte. Il locale, visitato durante il turno serale del sabato, era al completo, con una sala ordinata e ben gestita. Il menu è ampio e comprende pizze, antipasti e piatti della tradizione italiana, con una proposta pensata per raccontare sapori riconoscibili anche attraverso abbinamenti meno convenzionali. L’impasto è ben ossigenato, leggero, ben idratato e digeribile, con una cottura corretta che sostiene bene le farciture. Buona la qualità degli ingredienti, con una forte attenzione alla territorialità italiana. Tra gli assaggi, convincono la Pancetta e pomodorini e la Milanesina, entrambe caratterizzate da sapori decisi, prodotti ben presenti e un equilibrio complessivo riuscito. Il personale è ben formato e gentile; il servizio è stato veloce e preciso, con la pizza arrivata in tempi brevi nonostante il locale pieno, e al momento del pagamento è stato offerto anche un limoncello. The menu is extensive and includes pizzas, appetizers, and traditional Italian dishes, with a proposal designed to showcase recognizable flavors even through less conventional pairings. The dough is well aerated, light, well hydrated, and digestible, with a correct cooking that supports the toppings well. The quality of the ingredients is good, with a strong focus on Italian territoriality. Among the tastings, the Pancetta and cherry tomatoes and the Milanesina stand out, both characterized by bold flavors, well-presented products, and a successful overall balance. The staff is well-trained and friendly; the service was fast and precise, with the pizza arriving quickly despite the full restaurant, and at the time of payment, a limoncello was also offered.
