All’ingresso una piccola station per il check-in gestisce con fluidità prenotazioni e accoglienza. Oltre ai tavoli in legno, presenti anche tavoli alti con sgabelli, adatti a una sosta veloce. Il forno al centro della sala cattura l’attenzione: cucina a vista e pizzaioli al lavoro danno ritmo senza creare disordine. Originali le tovagliette con il metro stampato per misurare il diametro della pizza. Menu quasi interamente dedicato alla pizza, con una decina di proposte tra rosse e bianche, più 3 to 4 focacce. Carta beverage essenziale ma coerente. Provata la “a Mano”: mozzarella, rucola, pomodorini, burrata, Parmigiano e serrano. Presentazione curata, cottura corretta. Impasto dal buon morso, cornicione ben sviluppato. Ingredienti equilibrati: burrata cremosa, serrano sapido e deciso. Servizio gentile. Prenotazione consigliata.
