Il progetto richiama fin dal nome la cottura tipica della tradizione partenopea: novanta secondi in forno ad alta temperatura. La proposta è centrata su una pizza in stile napoletano contemporaneo, con cornicione pronunciato, struttura ariosa e buona idratazione dell’impasto. Accanto alle pizze, una selezione di piatti italiani completa l’offerta, rendendola adatta a diverse occasioni. L’ordine avviene tramite tablet, con un sistema automatizzato che rende il servizio rapido ed efficiente anche se impersonale. La carta beverage include vini anche al calice e una selezione di spirits di qualità. Nota di merito al personale e ai pizzaioli si percepisce passione, concentrazione e un impegno quotidiano costante, elementi che rafforzano l’identità del locale. The project is inspired by the typical cooking of Neapolitan tradition: ninety seconds in a high-temperature oven. The proposal focuses on a contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza, with a pronounced crust, airy structure, and good hydration of the dough. Alongside the pizzas, a selection of Italian dishes completes the offer, making it suitable for various occasions. Orders are placed through tablets, with an automated system that makes the service quick and efficient, albeit impersonal. The beverage menu includes wines by the glass and a selection of quality spirits. The staff and pizza makers deserve special mention for their passion, concentration, and constant daily commitment, elements that strengthen the identity of the establishment.
