Canoe Place Inn & Cottages
1 Michelin Key
Canoe Place Inn sprawls across Hampton Bays with historic inn rooms, garden cottages tucked into a hillside, and waterfront residences across the canal. The property balances ancient architecture with contemporary updates: bright spaces, modern amenities, and a layout for both quiet getaways and group gatherings. Good Ground Tavern, operated by Union Square Events in its first Hamptons venture, centers on seasonal American cooking prepared over a Cherrywood grill. The dining room shifts easily between casual happy hours and private celebrations. Hampton Bays gets a proper destination stay, combining history with East End polish.
