Daanius Aas is certainly one of Estonia’s most creative chefs. The beverage program is curated by Pühaste Beer Restaurant and includes rare craft brews as well beer cocktails created by Steffi Künnapu whose concoctions are often quite feminine, thus attracting quite a few female guests. The food- and drinks pairings are modern and elegant and come in small, yet flavorful portions.
