Now, so many years later, everything is still pretty much the same, the ground stopped shaking and Chedi is a bit less exotic but it’s managed to stay relevant, attracting regulars in a time when new and enticing restaurants pop up all over town and when diners constantly hunger for the next great thing. Looking around the dining room you’ll see the same guests you saw at the latest grand opening, the same ones that no doubt will be present at the next one. Yet they stay faithful to Chedi.
Why, you wonder? There must be something addictive in that hot sauce.
