Shakti Prana Uttarakhand, India Twenty years ago Jamshyd Sethna, the founder of Shakti Himalaya, set out to provide guided walks in the remotest areas of the Indian Himalayas with stays in luxuriously converted village houses. Shakti Prana is the latest evolution: seven glass-fronted wood and stone pavilions blending modernism and vernacular architecture, on a 6,300-foot summit.
