Onyx operates as one of several food and beverage outlets within the Four Seasons Scottsdale property, which puts it in a different category from a standalone bar, service standards and staffing follow Four Seasons' chain-wide protocols, and the room benefits from the infrastructure that comes with a full resort behind it. The Troon North address, in Scottsdale's far north reaches, also separates this from the more concentrated dining corridors of Old Town and Kierland; guests here are largely resort-based, which shapes both the pacing and the pricing (price tier 3 of 4).
