Questo piccolo e grazioso locale nella città di Phuket negli anni è riuscito a tenere alta la proposta incentrata sulla qualità. Cosa non semplice da queste parti, visti che siamo in una delle mete turistiche più desiderate del mondo. Materia prima di buona qualità, per tutta la proposta, infatti in menu troverete anche antipasti di terra e di mare; classici piatti di pasta fresca e secca, gnocchi, salmone e carni locali, dolci, oltre alla pizza ovviamente. L’impasto è di stile contemporaneo, cornicione pronunciato e farciture che vanno da quelle più classiche e quelle più complesse. Tra le pizze quella con Nduja, guanciale, mozzarella e Parmigiano Reggiano è sicuramente da provare, così come la classica margherita, con la fusione perfetta tra impasto, mozzarella e pomodoro. Completa la carta una piccola selezione di vini divisi tra bianchi, rossi e bollicine a costi corretti per il luogo. Troverete anche una piccola selezione di gin tonic, molto ben fatti, per aperitivo, ma anche per accompagnare il vostro pasto. Una buona cura nel servizio.
