Siamo nel quartiere El Peñón a Cali, per questo locale che è stato fondato da due italiani, che avevano voglia di portare le tradizioni del Bel Paese in Colombia. Il locale è curato, con il bel forno che domina la scena. L’impasto è quello a lunga lievitazione, con il cornicione leggermente pronunciato. Atmosfera informale e cordiale in questo locale, invece nel menu, oltre alle pizze, troverete antipasti, paste ed ovviamente la parte dolce. Tra le pizze da provare la Salamino con salsa di pomodoro, fior di latte e chorizo spagnolo, tra quelle speciali la Bellissima con mascarpone, pomodoro, fior di latte, guanciale croccante, burrata, riduzione al balsamico e olio piccante, un complesso mix di sapori che ben si sposano insieme. Tra le paste le fettuccine alla bolognese, con un ragù leggero e delicato è una vera sorpresa. Buona la selezione del bere con una piccola lista di vini italiani e una bella selezione di cocktails. Plus per un menu dedicato interamente ai più piccoli. Imperdibile se avete voglia di una pizza eccellente a Cali.
