Kalamajaka Kohvik

Loosely translated as the Fisherman’s beacon, Kalamajakas, a fishmonger and restaurant in the Pärnu Market, beckons the way to new and interesting culinary harbors. Salmon, a usual suspect at fish markets across the country, makes an unsurprising appearance, its pale hue and steep price, however, are quite startling. This is non-GMO eco-salmon, freshly caught off the shores of the Faroe Islands.
