Scratch Smash Burgers
Our verdict
Scratch Smash Burgers is a casual Poblacion pick for smash burgers, beer, and loud late-night energy rather than a polished sit-down dinner. Go for a quick lunch, easy dinner, or group hangout when counter service and a $$ price point feel like advantages, not compromises.
