Il locale è caldo e confortevole con tanto legno, la gestione è familiare all’insegna di un’accoglienza genuina e di tante piccole attenzioni che solo una famiglia riesce a trasmettere. L’impasto è quello napoletano, senza compromessi, così come deve essere, morbido scioglievole e cotto nel forno a legna. In menu troverete una selezione di antipasti e insalate, la proposta delle pizze sono divise in pizze bianche e pizze rosse. Vi consigliamo di provare la Diavola, con il salame piccante, con pomodoro e mozzarella che si fondono perfettamente, risaltando la leggera piccantezza del salame. Tra quelle bianche merita un assaggio la salsiccia, patate e rosmarino, anche in questo caso con un bilanciamento prefetto degli ingredienti. Tra i dolci, l’immancabile tiramisù merita un assaggio. Buona la proposta del bere, ottimo caffè. Prezzi nella media cittadina, ma con una qualità altissima. We are in Cronulla, a coastal suburb of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and low houses. The dough is Neapolitan, uncompromising, soft and melt-in-your-mouth, cooked in a wood-fired oven. On the menu you will find a selection of appetizers and salads, with pizzas divided into white pizzas and red pizzas. Among the white pizzas, the sausage, potato, and rosemary is worth a taste, with a well-suited balance of ingredients. For dessert, the inevitable tiramisu is worth a try. Good drink options, excellent coffee. Prices are average for the city, but with high quality.
