The owner's Californian roots shaped the concept, but the menu refused any single passport, pulling from Greek breakfast staples, Middle Eastern falafel, tandoori chicken, Thai preparations, and the kind of cheeseburger-and-fries combination that Athens's central neighbourhood crowd adopted as its own afternoon ritual.

The all-day format was the engine here. Mornings ran on creamy Greek yogurt and pancakes; by midday the kitchen pivoted toward the broader international range. That breadth could read as unfocused on paper, yet editorial coverage from AFAR and inclusion in the official Athens city guide both pointed to the same conclusion: the eclecticism worked in practice, drawing a local crowd that treated the place as a neighbourhood hangout rather than a tourist stop.

The interior matched the menu's refusal to commit to a single identity.
