Located opposite the Ciudad de la Comunicación park and aesthetically consistent with its name, the yellow and blue tones here make us think of the sand and the sea. The highlights of its menu are the rice dishes, all delicious and prepared at a counter in full view of the diner, but you should also try some of their creative pinchos (Principino, Michemar, Lechazus Deliciosus, and more), as they have been awarded prizes in different regional competitions. If you prefer to let yourself be guided, the Brisa menu is an excellent choice!
