Konoba Kala

A Michelin Plate-recognised konoba on the island of Brač, Konoba Kala sits close to Supetar's main harbour and draws on the island's own produce — Adriatic fish, Brač lamb, seasonal figs, and local wines — to deliver cooking that reflects its geography with unusual clarity. The terrace, wood-burning fire, and two island-focused menus make it among the more considered dining options on the Dalmatian islands.

Konoba Vinotoka

A konoba in the traditional Dalmatian sense, Konoba Vinotoka sits on Ul. Ignjata Joba in Supetar, the principal town on the island of Brač. The kitchen draws on the sourcing logic that defines the island's cooking: local stone, local olive oil, local fish. For visitors moving through the Dalmatian island circuit, it represents the mid-tier konoba format at its most honest.

Hotel Osam

Selected by the Michelin Guide Hotels 2025, Hotel Osam occupies a quiet address at Vlačica 3 in Supetar, the main town on the island of Brač. The property sits within Croatia's growing tier of design-conscious, small-scale Adriatic hotels that trade on setting and atmosphere over resort scale. For travellers arriving by ferry from Split, it marks a considered first stop on Brač.

Bakovic

Bakovic is a small artisan winery in Supetar shaped by Brač’s limestone, Murvica vineyards, and Plavac Mali rather than visitor-room polish. Founded in 1996 and run by winemaker Hrvoje Baković, it suits travelers who care more about island terroir and low-production Dalmatian reds than formal hospitality choreography.
