Dasoguz, Turkmenistan
Bay Town Restaurant
Bay Town Restaurant operates in Dasoguz, the northern hub of Turkmenistan where Central Asian steppe traditions shape what ends up on the table. Dining in this part of the country means engaging with ingredient chains that run closer to the source than most visitors expect, from livestock raised on open pastureland to seasonal produce moving through local markets with minimal intermediary steps.
