A third-generation noodle stall turned permanent fixture on Guangfu Road in Guanxi Township, Ang Gu has been drawing diners to Hsinchu County for over six decades. The namesake ang gu noodles, thick oil noodles tossed in scallion oil with chives and bean sprouts, anchor a short menu built around pork bone broths and textural soups.
