Bojan Baša belongs to Serbia’s small-production natural wine current, with Fruška Gora terroir treated as the main argument rather than a backdrop. The estate works organically and biodynamically across 5.5 hectares, producing around 15,000 bottles a year with a focus on skin-contact, orange and amber wines from varieties including Furmint, Tamjanika, Pinot Grigio, Grašac and Morava.
