Pyatigorsk, Russia
Бургерная «Скотный Двор»
A burger spot on Prospekt 40 Let Oktyabrya in Pyatigorsk, Бургерная «Скотный Двор» takes its name, roughly, 'The Stockyard', seriously as a sourcing proposition. In a city better known for mineral springs than dining ambition, it represents a strand of Russian casual dining that grounds itself in agricultural provenance rather than imported branding. Worth knowing before your visit to the North Caucasus foothills.
